At Cedar Light, customer satisfaction is important. However, please note the following regarding refunds:

    •    Once the tree surgery service has been completed and rendered, no refunds will be issued.

    •    If you have any concerns about the service provided, please contact us promptly to discuss any issues or complaints.

    •    Refunds may only be considered in exceptional circumstances, such as service not being provided at all, or if a significant error occurred on our part, and this will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
